Cardiac Sucker
The Cardiac Sucker is a patented, atraumatic cardiotomy suction device engineered for maximum flow with minimum trauma. Its dual-lumen design and weighted surgical-steel tip keep fluid removal efficient even when all side holes are exposed to air — where conventional single-lumen suckers lose their prime, draw in air and leave blood behind. Available as Mini and Standard.
- Patented dual-lumen — works even when all side holes are exposed
- Polished surgical-steel tip — atraumatic, smooth transition to the tubing
- Supports blood conservation — more autologous blood recovered
Fluid removed in 2 minutes
Bench test: 400 ml fluid · 8 mm depth · pump at 0.6 LPM · sucker held in one fixed position. Comparator devices anonymised. Moving the sucker increases yield further.
